Job description

At ACP and Verticomm our goal is to assist our clients by optimizing technology, enhancing productivity, reducing business risk, and maximizing return on investment. Leveraging our expertise and experience, we offer a customized approach to designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end technology solutions scaled to meet client needs.
Due to expansion, we are currently seeking an on-site employee for a large hospital account. You will be responsible for delivering toner and replenishing consumables for all office equipment in the hospital, conducting meter reads for equipment, facilitating service calls with our field technicians, and handling calls for device cleanings. You may also assist with completing minor repairs to devices and performing basic installs for new machines as needed.
You will be provided with uniform shirts, a laptop, a smart phone allowance, and a company vehicle, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate car stock and inventory count.
We offer a competitive pay rate between $20-22 per hour, based on experience, plus a full fringe benefits plan which includes medical, dental, vision, 3 weeks of PTO in the first year, 6 paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, and a 401k plan with a generous company match. We provide full training and welcome candidates to apply from other industries or from technical training programs. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Requirements:
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Clean driving history with no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years.
  • This person must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.
  • A clean cut appearance; no offensive tattoos are permitted, and excessive tattoos may require covering.
  • This person must have parking available to take a company vehicle home every day.
  • This position requires a COVID vaccination and periodic inoculations, including annual Flu Vaccination.
