Our Field Technicians deliver satellite TV and smart home solutions to customers in their local areas. We will train you to know everything you need to deliver a world-class customer experience while installing the latest home tech. You’re the face of our product and the backbone of our organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.

  • Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
  • Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
  • Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Skills, Experience and RequirementsWhat You’ll Need:
  • Valid Driver’s License: Clean record required
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays

    • Lift up to 70 lbs
    • Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
