Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Smart Talk Counseling Solutions, you will:

  • Provide thoughtful and structured teletherapy sessions based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, assisting clients in developing coping skills and achieving their mental health goals.
  • Document client interactions and progress using our intuitive electronic health record (EHR) system that enhances efficiency and minimizes time spent on administration.
  • Engage regularly in peer consultation groups and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) programs to enrich your clinical expertise and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices.
  • Maintain a consistent and manageable weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, allowing for better planning of your professional and personal life.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults, adolescents, and families seeking quality mental health care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • An active and independent Florida mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) that is current and in good standing.
