Responsibilities
  • This GIS resource will provide the business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate products, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the ever-changing needs of our customers
  • Provides technical direction for the design, development, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation
  • Ensures system, technical & product architecture is compliant with and adheres to all Utility Company operational, architectural, and design standards and principles
  • Understands complex technology concepts and effectively employs different solutions as are appropriate to the engagement
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of GE Smallworld software current and previous releases (4.2 & 4.3)
  • 10+ years' experience in a SDLC environment
  • Familiarity Work Management Software integration with GIS.
  • Electric & Gas utility experience an added plus
