Path Construction is seeking a motivated, self-driven Shop Foreman to join our Arlington Heights, IL team. This position plays a key role in supporting our projects by maintaining equipment, performing small engine repairs, delivering materials to job sites, completing general shop and office maintenance, and sourcing parts, tools, and supplies.

  • Class C Driver’s License, or ability to get one within 3 months
  • Knowledge on driving truck and trailers, NON-CDL requirement
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to learn how to run construction equipment around the shopBasic construction knowledge

  • Ability to work on equipment and tools
  • Basic automotive mechanical knowledge
