Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based - Full School Year

Join a supportive School District in the Florida Panhandle for the 2026-2027 school year! Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring an onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time 32.5-hour-per-week School-Based W2 contract serving students in Elementary and Middle School. Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP / SLP) – School-Based

Company: Princeton Staffing Solutions

Contract Type: W2 – Full-Time Benefits Available

Setting: Elementary and Middle (PK-8th)

Caseload: Approximately 50 with SLPA support

Schedule: 32.5 hours per week

Start Date: 8/10/2026

End Date: 2026-2027 School Year

Work Arrangement: In Person

Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.

Competitive weekly compensation is based on experience, school district budget, and traveler status.

Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication

Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families

Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.

Active FL Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Florida Department of Health

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

Previous school-based experience is preferred. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered. Must be willing and comfortable with supervising an SLPA
