Job description

Make a significant impact in the lives of students while advancing your career in sunny Florida! We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to work on-site in a supportive school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. Take advantage of a contract position that offers the opportunity to collaborate with motivated educators and help students thrive.
In this role, you'll serve grades 4-7, as well as elementary students across several campuses. Assignments and caseloads are determined based on direct-hire placements and will be delegated on a first-come, first-served basis.
What We're Looking For:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain by August 2026)
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as SLPs with CCC
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting a diverse student population
  • Willingness to work on-site full-time (35 hours per week)
What You'll Do:
  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with educators and families to maximize student progress
  • Manage a diverse caseload based on school and grade assignment
  • Create a welcoming, positive environment for all learners
