Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Maintain all slot machines, video games and other gaming and gambling equipment in proper operating condition following an effective preventative maintenance program.

Hiring for Full Time. The shifts will include evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.

Shift differentials of $1.00/hour extra for 4:00 p.m.- midnight and $2.00/hour extra for midnight - 8:00 a.m. We also offer a generous benefit package with Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Employee Discounts, Paid Time Off, Vacation, and 401k - with a company match.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for maintaining slot/video machines, bill acceptors and ticket printers.

Schedule and perform maintenance on all slot machines.

Assist in machine installs, moves, updates and conversions.

Periodically inspect machines for security.

Respond to and resolve guest complaints about machines.

Record the specifics of malfunctioning machines and document malfunctions needing repair.

Attach "out of order" signs to malfunctioning machines, and notify Slot Tech Apprentice and Director when machines need tobe repaired or removed.

Maintain Slot Master Maintenance logs.

Answer patrons' questions about gaming machine functions and payouts.

Monitor functioning of slot machine coin dispensers and fill coin hoppers when necessary.

Perform slot machine fills.

Comply with Gaming regulations and the Internal Control System.

All other duties as assigned.
