JOB SUMMARY
Candidate will act to ensure the daily operations of the slot machines and self-serve sports wagering kiosks and other gaming related equipment on the casino floor. Candidate must have knowledge of all slot machine types and games.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all necessary repairs to slot machines, self-serve sports wagering kiosks, table game shufflers and related equipment, all gaming related signs, and slot monitoring equipment and also rebuild and repair slot parts, self-serve sports wagering kiosks, tools and related equipment as appropriate.
Troubleshoot and repair any slot machine, self-serve sports wagering kiosk, and related equipment including all circuit boards without assistance.
Responsible for the initial set-up and check-out of new slot machines and self-serve sports wagering kiosks to ensure all are in proper working condition.
Performs floor repair and preventative maintenance of all slot machines, gaming related equipment and self-serve sports wagering kiosks, including cleaning machines and overhauls.
Coordinates all repairs, maintenance, and installations in accordance with gaming regulations
Observe all policies and procedures.
Maintain the integrity of the slot machine, table game, and self-serve sports wagering kiosk equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times.
Responsible for the security of keys, radios, tools, and equipment from check-in to check-out.
Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly; i.e., meal books and repair logs, etc.
Complete slot machine repair slips and related repair logs; i.e., CPU, I/O and parts sign out sheets.
Tag repairable parts noting appropriate information.
Circulate through the assigned area replacing broken or burned-out bulbs, rubbing reels, positioning vacant nonfixed slot seating as close to the slot machine as possible, etc.
Assist other floor personnel when advanced troubleshooting skills are required.
Perform all other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum of one-year slot repair experience in a casino environment and or 1,000 hours formal training in electronics or equivalent related work experience preferred. Maintenance and electronic background helpful. Must possess a general knowledge of electronics, and basic computer systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills for all related slot equipment changes. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work. Ability to set and achieve high standards of performance. Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints; ability to travel to various locations of the business to provide technical support as approved. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma preferred but not required.

Ability to use tools and equipment, including drill press and soldering gun; ability to kneel, bend and stoop. Ability to perceive sizes, shapes, temperatures, textures, etc. Ability to smell odors or aromas; perceive depth and distances, emergency distress signals; inspect or secure proper use of equipment. Ability to withstand high frequency noises or sounds of varying tones and varying degrees of lighting.
