Job description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Monitor the operation of slot machines and participate in the payout of manual jackpots and restocking TITO printers.
  • Trouble-shoots issues with the sports wagering kiosks, such as ticket jams.
  • Ability to understand and apply Company internal controls, policy and procedure.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Compliance with Title 31, to include: Multiple Transaction Logs, Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports W2Gs, etc.
  • Ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise.
  • Sign new players up for Reward Card Accounts.
  • Utilize casino management system computer functions i.e., making Reward cards, point redemption and issuing comps.
  • Make reservations for quests.
  • Knowledge of all amenities, events and promotions throughout the property.
  • Circulate through the casino floor and has a positive interaction with the customers.
  • Provide service to internal and external customers which reflect the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
  • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions:

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience Required: Customer Service Experience
  • Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Good math skills; ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees; and computer skills.ย  Ability to work in a fast paced environment and follow directions amid distractions.ย 
  • Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
  • Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to move around casino floor during entire shift; ability to work any shift; ability to lift and carry up to 55 lb. on a regular basis.
