Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Print Label Slitter Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-precision slitting machines to produce a minimum of 50,000 high-quality labels per day for our clients. Your expertise will ensure efficient production workflows, precise cutting, and adherence to quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of vibrant, impactful labels used across various industries, from retail to advertising.
Duties:
  • Operate and monitor commercial label slitting machines, ensuring accurate cutting and proper machine setup for each job.
  • Adjust machine settings based on job specifications, including blade positioning and tension controls.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the slit labels for consistency in size, color accuracy, and overall quality.
  • Collaborate with production team.
  • Perform maintenance checks on machinery, troubleshoot issues promptly, and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Maintain production logs, quality control, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing standards at all times.
