· Coordinate with Operations and Legal to secure new licenses and permits ahead of new location openings.

5. Reporting, Audits & Process Improvement

· Prepare tax and licensing reporting, reconciliations, and accruals to support month-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for sales tax, property tax, and licensing-related audits and inquiries from taxing and regulatory authorities.

· Calculate and record tax-related journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations within the general ledger.
