Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software
Knowledge of Food Safety: Understanding and practicing proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Maintaining efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment:
Guest Focus: Tactfully and pleasantly deal with guests and ensure each guest receives outstanding service
Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff. A strong team player will be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in food preparation, presentation, and order fulfillment
Physical stamina: The ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the job.
Exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Must be able to work and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: pre-making party pizzas day of and stocking frozen bins with correct day dot labels.
Cooking: Using various cooking methods like frying and baking
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper food storage
Sanitation and Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required; and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items.
Collaboration: Working with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfillment.
Cleaning: Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and dishwashing/pot washing as needed.
Guest: Implements suggestions within parameter of position and refers more complex concerns to supervisor.
Improvement: Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.
