Alternatively, it might refer to a position in a company or context where employees are on standby or have minimal active duties for extended periods. However, without more context, the specific meaning of 'Sleeper Year' as a job title is unclear.

What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule for jobs often refers to the probation period, during which an employer evaluates a new employee's performance and fit for the role. In some cases, it also relates to the time frame for employees to establish eligibility for certain benefits or to be considered for permanent employment after initial onboarding. This period can vary depending on company policies and industry standards.
