Sleeper Year information

What is a sleeper year?

Sleeper Year jobs are not a widely recognized job title or category in most industries. The term could refer to a gap year where individuals take time off, often between high school and college, to travel, work, or gain life experience. Alternatively, it might refer to a position in a company or context where employees are on standby or have minimal active duties for extended periods. However, without more context, the specific meaning of 'Sleeper Year' as a job title is unclear.
