Job description

18 Wheels USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers for Northeast routes.

Drivers average $92,000+per year with no-touch dry van freight, an assigned sleeper tractor, and a consistent five-day schedule.

Pay

  • Average weekly pay: $1,850-$2,000+
  • Stop pay, drop-and-hook pay, detention and breakdown pay

Additional

  • Short-haul pay: $15 for round trips of 0-50 miles
  • Medium short-haul pay: $20 for round trips of 51-100 miles
  • Additional pay for NYC borough runs
  • Sixth-day premium: $100 when volunteered or $50 when part of the rotation

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule and Freight

  • Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
  • Start times between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
  • Regional routes throughout the Northeast
  • Weekly estimate based on approximately 2,500 miles, 10 stops, and 10 drop-and-hooks
  • No-touch dry van freight
  • Primarily drop-and-hook work
  • Assigned sleeper tractor
  • No slip seating
  • Trucks are parked at designated drop sites

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License
  • Must have a minimum of 12 months of verifiable T/T experience in the past 3 years
  • Ability to work one of the available five-day schedules
  • Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
