Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive sleep medicine care through telehealth consultations.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with sleep-related disorders.
- Create individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Complete appropriate coding and billing documentation.
- Respond promptly to patient messages, follow-up requests, and clinical inquiries.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or healthcare facilities when appropriate.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and current evidence-based sleep medicine guidelines.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in California (CA) is required.
- Active California Furnishing License.
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in sleep medicine for candidates available to start within one month.
- Candidates without prior sleep medicine experience are welcome to apply but must successfully complete a paid four-week sleep medicine training program before providing patient care.
- Ability to work full time, at least 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky (KY) and/or Pennsylvania (PA).
- Previous experience providing telehealth services.
- Experience working within electronic health record systems.
- Familiarity with sleep medicine guidelines and virtual patient management.

Compensation
Base Salary: $120,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience.
