We are looking for a high-performance Sales Director to lead the charge and dominate the market for our industry-leading Sleep Division in the Western US.
You role in a nutshell
As our U.S. Western Region Brand Ambassador for the Sleep Division, you're more than just a salesperson, you're the face of Panthera. Your mission? Scale our presence, build rock-solid relationships with dental clinics and labs, and hunt for new opportunities to change lives with our world-class, custom-made dental solutions.
You'll be the bridge between our Western clients and our HQ in Quebec, backed by an elite internal team. From hitting the road for face-to-face meetups to rocking industry events, you'll ensure our clients feel seen, heard, and incredibly well taken care of.

  • Scale and nurture our client base across the U.S. Western Region;
  • Visit dental pros to showcase our game-changing, innovative products;
  • Work hand-in-hand with our internal squads to smash client expectations;
  • Keep the CRM sharp and bring "boots-on-the-ground" feedback to the table;
  • Be the star at trade shows and industry events representing the Panthera name;

The Profile We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of sales experience (Sleep Industry experience required).
  • Natural people skills, you build trust and connect effortlessly;
  • Organized, proactive, and obsessed with results;
  • You love the freedom of the road and working independently;
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a "cherry on top" asset;
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
