What is a sleep physician?

A Sleep Physician is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and narcolepsy. They have advanced training in sleep medicine and often work in sleep centers or clinics. Sleep Physicians use tools like sleep studies to evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to improve sleep quality and overall health.
