Job description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced, registered Sleep Technologist with strong pediatric skills to deliver critical care as part of a respected healthcare network. This role offers involvement across several affiliated sleep lab locations and provides hands-on experience in the latest diagnostic and therapeutic sleep procedures.
Schedule:

  • 4 days per week
  • 10-hour shifts: 7:30 pm - 6:30 am
  • Expect coverage at multiple affiliated lab sites according to operational needs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including CPAP and BiPAP titrations
  • Conduct and monitor polysomnographic recordings (PSGs) to ensure quality data acquisition
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and assist other technicians with challenging cases
  • Score and tabulate sleep studies based on recognized clinical guidelines, including sleep stages, respiratory events, and limb movements
  • Prepare detailed, comprehensive sleep study reports for physician interpretation
  • Maintain strict compliance with BRPT Standards of Conduct
  • Work closely with pediatric patients, starting at 5 years of age, and their families to ensure comfort and accurate testing
  • Participate in on-the-job Epic training to support workflow and documentation
Desired Abilities & Qualifications:
  • Registered Sleep Technologist credential is required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred
  • Flexible to work at various sleep lab locations depending on operational needs
