Overview:
Provide support and efficient data to campus level personnel. Ensure efficient and effective access to information and related technology by all campuses and administrative departments. Provide support to all campus and departments through data collection and distribution.
Qualification:
Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Knowledge of Skyward and Skyward data system.
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of all levels of end-users.
  • Coordinate the data processing activities of the Student/Business Information Management System.
  • Familiarity with databases, data manipulation, and integration techniques
  • Problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and devise effective solutions
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and team members
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free automation solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Experience:
  • Two plus (2+) years' experience in the support of software applications in a networked/educational business environment.
  • Should have experience in Windows (2000/XP/7/Server 2003/Server 2008), UNIX and INFORMIX.

Salary:
Minimum $80,332 annually - 226 days
  • Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience
  • Salary will be adjusted to the start date
