We are the employer of choice as the owner and operator of Ball Arena, DICK’S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, Denver Nuggets (NBA), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Mammoth (NLL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), KIMN,KXKL, KKSE (FM/AM), Altitude Sports amp; Entertainment, Major League Fishing/Fishing League Worldwide (MLFLW), Winnercomm, Outdoor Sportsman Group and SkyCam.
Position Summary
The Skyline Drumline/Celly Squad team member position will perform at both Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche games this season, as well as numerous appearances for both internal and external stakeholders. On game days, the team will need to arrive at least two hours prior to the start of each game and work through the completion of the game.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the stage manager to prepare and execute all game night activities
  • Set up and tear down of all equipment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects to different locations
  • Fan engagement/interaction as a Nuggets and Avalanche brand ambassador
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be available to work 50% of Nuggets and Avalanche home games for the 2026-27 seasons including playoff games if necessary
  • Must be available for rehearsals and additional events throughout the year
  • Must be available for auditions on July 29th
  • Other duties as assigned
Performance Requirements/Skills
  • Willingness to take direction from several supervisors
  • Comfortable working in front of large crowds.
  • Desire to work in a professional sports environment
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to read and memorize music at a high level
Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Over 18 years of age by August 1, 2026
  • Professional Drumline experience, a plus
  • Marching percussion experience, a plus
Compensation
  • $19.29/hr per hour
Working Conditions amp; Physical Demands
Game nights may require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, stretching, lifting, throwing, etc. Occasionally lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to get around the arena, up and down stairs, and perform manual labor. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record and communicate appropriately with team.
