Job description

RH is seeking a Temporary Web Merchandising Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our digital storefront. This temporary role plays an important part in maintaining accurate product information, monitoring inventory status, and ensuring that content across the site aligns with brand standards. The Web Merchandising Specialist works under general supervision and in close coordination with other team members to carry out tasks that contribute to an exceptional online shopping experience.

 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute daily tasks to support web merchandising, including SKU creation, data entry, and basic quality checks on product pages
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Creative, Product Development, Photography, and Copy teams to assist in the implementation of seasonal launches and website updates
  • Perform routine checks on product availability and report discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution
  • Track and follow up on photography and asset progress to ensure timely launches
  • Maintain product data and categorization to support a well-organized and user-friendly site taxonomy
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from internal teams, escalating issues when needed
  • Complete assignments as directed and in accordance with established workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Demonstrate a commitment to RH's values and contribute to a collaborative and respectful work environment
OUR REQUIREMENTS

 
  • 1+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, digital content management, or retail support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and timelines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under direction and within defined parameters in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic familiarity with merchandising tools, data entry platforms, or project tracking systems is preferred (e.g., ATG/BCC, JIRA, ServiceNow, Figma)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Enthusiasm for supporting digital customer experiences and a commitment to accuracy and reliability
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • This is a temporary, non-exempt, on-site position based at our corporate headquarters in Corte Madera, CA. The role requires in-office attendance Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
