99.5% accuracy

Comp Range $20-$23/hour

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support high-volume order processing. This role is responsible for accurately entering and validating order information, including Order IDs, SKU numbers, and batch dates, with weekly keystroke volumes of approximately 175,000.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Be on-site to gather order paperwork

·        Accurately enter high volumes of data (approx. 175,000 keystrokes per week) into excel sheet

·        Input and verify Order IDs, SKU IDs, and batch/date information

·        Review data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed

·        Maintain consistency with client-specific formatting and sequencing requirements

·        Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets

·        Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity

·        Follow standard operating procedures and data entry guidelines

Qualifications:

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·        Proven ability to meet high-volume data entry demands
