Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our growing Vermont practice, part of Four Seasons Dermatology.

Four Seasons Dermatology has provided personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003. This full-time opportunity comes at an exciting time for the practice, as it continues to expand its team, including the recent addition of a new Mohs surgeon.

About the Practice

  • Well-established practice serving Vermont and northern New York since 2003, with four locations in Colchester, Waterbury, and Rutland, VT, and Plattsburgh, NY.
  • Growing clinical team of physicians and Physician Assistants, with a new Mohs surgeon joining the practice in August 2026.

Job Description

About the Role

  • Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
  • Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the practice's physicians and fellow Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations.
  • Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Active PA-C or NP licensure in Vermont (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.
  • A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for skin health.
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
  • A team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment.
