About Face Reality:

Face Reality Skincare was created with one goal: to give people clear skin for good. With over 50 million people experiencing the physical and emotional toll of acne each year in the US, we made it our mission to develop an effective way to achieve clear skin through our clinically verified Clear Skin Method TM , an adaptive method combining in-clinic treatments from certified skincare professionals, personalized at home product routines and lifestyle guidance. We are dedicated to giving not just real results but celebrating people and their skin at every part of their journey.

Our Core Values

Integrity, Inclusion, Collaboration, Adaptability, Accessibility

Our supportive business model ensures that everyone has a clear path to success and growth. We foster an inclusive space in which people are valued for who they are and are encouraged to collaborate to see goals fully realized. Fostering an open, honest culture gives us the opportunity to achieve greater trust internally and externally. Remaining flexible and adaptive allows us to remain responsive to the ever-changing world. Doing right, even if it is difficult, is of the utmost importance.

About the role

Face Reality Skincare is seeking a driven, results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to fuel our expansion in the physician-dispensed skincare channel in our Northeast territory. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing partnerships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical aesthetic practices across the country. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in medical aesthetics, a strong network within the physician channel, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-travel, relationship-driven sales environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic territory management and account development.
  • Account Acquisition & Expansion: Prospect, open, and grow new and existing accounts—especially high-value targets such as national accounts, regional medical networks, and multi-location practices.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with providers and practice staff, serving as a trusted consultant and brand ambassador.
  • Education & Training: Deliver compelling product presentations, in-field and virtual trainings, and clinical education sessions to drive product adoption and ensure protocol success.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Education, and Customer Success to execute account strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Promotions & Incentives: Implement and manage promotional strategies and ROI-focused incentive programs to drive revenue.
  • Customer Retention & Re-Activation: Proactively re-engage inactive accounts and identify solutions to overcome barriers to purchasing.
  • Industry Events: Represent Face Reality at regional and national tradeshows, conferences, and events to drive brand visibility and generate leads.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline progression, and territory plans using CRM (Zoho).
  • Operational Support: Coordinate delivery of product samples, promotional materials, and sales tools to support account success.

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring :

  • 5+ years of proven success in medical aesthetics, physician-dispensed skincare, dermatology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales—particularly within the physician channel.
  • Clinical credibility, with the ability to educate, train, and present both in person and virtually. Esthetician license, RN, or other medical background is strongly preferred.
  • A builder’s mindset with a proven ability to grow new verticals—whether through startup experience or by launching new markets in established companies.
  • A hunter mentality, energized by prospecting, opening new doors, and turning relationships into long-term business wins.
  • Strong existing relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other aesthetic decision-makers.
  • Track record of performance, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets—President’s Club or Top Performer recognition is a strong advantage.
  • Highly autonomous and resourceful, able to manage a multi-state territory, prioritize accounts, and navigate complex sales cycles independently.
  • Strategic and analytical, with experience in sales planning, territory forecasting, and using CRM tools (Zoho preferred) to drive results.
  • Technically proficient, with solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using digital tools to stay organized and connected on the road.
  • Passion for skincare and results-driven aesthetics, with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%, including some evenings and weekends, with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record, as verified through a DMV screening process..
