What You'll Do as a Pledge Processing Specialist
  • Research and accurately post daily cash receipt information to donor and corporate accounts• Process billing statements according to defined schedules• Generate donor acknowledgement letters and tax receipts • Prepare and import electronic files into campaign software aligned with business rules • Maintain documentation related to account posting policies and procedures • Support donor choice and agency vetting activities • Produce accurate agency payout reconciliations • Enter pledge forms with precision into the donor database system • Provide customer service via phone and email to United Way partners
