Job description

Overview

Sunday River Skiway is looking for an Reconciliation Audit Clerk to join our Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will need to be a detail-oriented, problem solver and demonstrate proficiency with numbers. The Recon Clerk will be in contact with individuals internal of the Organization. The applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines established by the Accounting and Corporate Team. This position will report to the Assistant Controller.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with various internal team members to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Verify sales and receipts for point-of-sale locations for all resort locations
  • Verify all discount and complimentary products by ensuring appropriate documentation and reporting all discrepancies
  • Creating and uploading daily revenues of all POS
  • Assist in Annual audit functions
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a business-related field preferred 
  • The ideal candidate will have 2 years of related accounting experience 
  • A combination of education and work experience may fulfil the above requirements 
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Experience with Accounting software a plus 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Wage ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with room for professional growth and advancement.
