What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and repair ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft
    • Perform routine maintenance and scheduled service work
    • Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, drivetrain, suspension, and engine systems
    • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
    • Install accessories, upgrades, and performance components
    • Assemble and prepare new units for delivery
    • Maintain detailed repair documentation
    • Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure outstanding customer service
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For
  • Previous powersports technician experience strongly preferred
    • Experience in a dealership, independent repair facility, motorcycle shop, or similar environment
    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
    • Experience repairing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, or personal watercraft
    • Personal tool set and toolbox required
    • OEM certifications are highly valued
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
    • Basic computer and service software skills
    • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule
  • Full-time, year-round position
    • Typical shifts: 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
    • Consistent 40+ hour work weeks

Compensation
  • Average technicians earn approximately $30-$32 per hour
    • Senior and highly productive technicians often earn $40+ per hour
