Job Responsibilities:

  • Support department leaders in hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Oversee inventory control, uniform distribution, and operational asset management.
  • Ensure operational areas remain clean, organized, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.

Education:

  • Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience in hospitality, recreation, retail, guest services, ski resort operations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading teams, developing leaders, and driving operational performance.
  • Experience overseeing multiple departments while balancing resort-wide priorities and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staffing resources and make real-time operational decisions based on guest demand and business needs.
  • Strong understanding of Product Sales & Services (PSS), rental operations, retail operations, and guest service delivery.
  • Proven experience recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees and leaders.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing labor, inventory, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Proven ability to lead change and implement operational improvements across multiple functions.

The expected pay range is $25.00-$28.60. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
