Associate- Part-Time
Join Our FUN Management Team!
With over 50 years of experience in recreation and entertainment facility management, United Skates of America is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team over at Skateland Indy, our beautiful roller-skating facility, located at 3902 N. Glen Arm Rd, Indianapolis features roller and in-line skating, a large arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties in town!

As an Associate may be assigned to work Admissions, Café or the Skate Counter and your responsibilities may include:
  • Providing a clean, fun, friendly, and safe experience for every guest
  • Operating the cash register and giving proper change
  • Keeping your area clean, neat, and organized
  • Knowing and enforcing facility rules diplomatically
  • Maintaining awareness to help protect all skaters from injury

Depending on your daily assignment, you may also be responsible for:
  • Knowing current skate times, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensuring each skating adult signs a waiver card upon entry
  • Understanding and administering the skate rental policy
  • Selling items from the glow and candy carts
  • Encouraging guests to sign up for marketing emails
  • Distributing rental skates and inspecting skates brought in by guests
  • Communicating with the session manager regarding any problems or safety issues during a session

All Associate positions offer flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Willing to train!
Position: Part-Time Associate (10 to 25 hours/week)
Pay: $11.00 per hour
