HR Firm: OneCall HR has been hired by our client, 6 Brick's LLC to find their next Greeter / Budtender!

There's no better way to shift and restart than joining a growing industry. 6 Bricks LLC is coming to Springfield from Springfield. A family-owned business with a commitment to community. We're looking for a motivated, committed, and experienced Budtender

to help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Check Customers ID to verify legal age; demonstrate excellent communication skills and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as first-line-contact and face for 6 Bricks cannabis dispensary regarding customer service: with an emphasis on high-end and guided patron experiences, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey; advise them on cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Answer customer questions and concerns; ensure that they are well-informed and leave the store satisfied with their purchases.

Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process customers payments via the dispensarys point-of-sale system; ensure compliance in all transactions.
  • Assist with opening/closing of store.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • At least two years of work experience in Retail or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 LBS
  • Education and Prior Experience:
