Personal And Executive Assistant

A globally mobile UHNW family seeks an exceptional, Personal & Executive Assistant. The position is partly based in Connecticut and then worldwide. You will translate ambiguity into action, designing and executing seamless workflows for a complex international lifestyle. This is a "no-reminders" role for a high-capacity operator who thrives on autonomy and precision. The schedule is still to be determined but will be Monday through Friday, with a 24-hour mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Lifestyle & Logistics: Own end-to-end family logistics by designing systems, anticipating risks, and executing complex verbal instructions with total autonomy. Management of international travel (visas, private/commercial flights, transfers) and complex family calendars across multiple time zones. Travel with the family when required.
  • Household Operations: Oversee international residences and ensure seasonal readiness. Manage household staff (nannies, housekeepers, vendors), and maintain SOPs and household manuals.
  • Family Administration: Coordinate children's schooling, tutors, and activities. Liaise with the Family Office for documentation, passports, and bill payments.
  • Systems & AI: Build and maintain digital trackers and workflows using Google Workspace and AI tools to automate and streamline family operations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior PA/EA, Household Manager, or within Family Office operations.
  • Background in high-end travel or complex logistics is a strong plus.
  • Tech-savvy.

  • Execution: Exceptional short-term memory and the ability to prioritize and deliver on verbal instructions without oversight.
  • Judgement: Sound discretion and the ability to make autonomous decisions within defined authority.
  • Communication: Calm, concise, and professional; fluent in English, both written and verbal.
