Work in a company headquartered in New York City. Its businesses provide a diverse set of specialty, niche-market insurance products in the property, casualty, life and health insurance sectors.

Qualifications

    Minimum of 5 years of management/leadership experience in a software development or Engineering organization
    Must have at least 7 years' experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market
    Sitefinity CMS knowledge a big plus.
    Experience in C#, ASP.NET, WCF and WEB API.
    Understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL)
    Understanding of cloud hosting and server availability behind a load balancer and fire wall.
    Experience using agile development methodologies.
    Familiar with the configuration management process in the SDLC.  Managing software release from development to QA to UAT and Productions with the help of the deployment group.
    Familiarity with HTML5, C#, MVC and ASP.NET
    Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues
    High command of verbal and written English.
    Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
    Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
    Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
