Job Description

Must have portfolio of work showing examples of Sitefinity work.

Description: This project is to build an enterprise level site with bells and whistles but also smart enough for future add-ons, upgrades, front/back end communication with various tools. This consultant will need to be a Rockstar Senior Level Front End Developer. Azure will be very important. They will essentially be creating the ecosystem that houses the site, tools, technical strategies, transactional functions, contract management and deployment.

Requirements:

Expert in Sitefinity CMS customization including custom modules and custom functionality implementation

4+ years web development experience

4+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET (MVC)

2+ years working with Google Mapping API

2+ years XML, JSON

4+ years of experience with SQL Server

Microsoft Azure

Bachelor's degree in the area of CS, CIS or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience implementing a Web Content Management System with best practices around redundancy and security

Website Front End development experience

Strong HTML 5/CSS, SASS, LESS

Adaptive Rendering Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sitefinity Developer Certification desired but not required

Must excel in fast-paced agile environments and support test-driven development practices

Responsibilities:

Work closely with other developers to architect, develop and deploy data-driven robust, scalable web applications, services and solutions using ASP.NET and the .NET Framework according to business specifications and planned requirements.

Work closely with the Director of Digital Experience and Project Management team in order to be intimately familiar with a project's schedule, requirements and key features. Provide estimates on timelines and development efforts, consult and answer questions regarding technical aspects of a project or component.

Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns and .NET application architecture.

Knowledge of good Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices

Ability to work closely with others in a project-based environment. Good teamwork and communication skills are essential.
