Position Summary

We’re expanding our franchise network and are looking for a relationship‑driven real estate professional to help bring new clinics to life. As Senior Manager of Real Estate, you will partner directly with franchisees to guide them through site selection, lease negotiations, and the development process, helping them make sound real estate decisions and successfully open new clinics.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Development, you will combine market analysis, business acumen, and strong negotiation skills to identify high‑quality sites, secure favorable lease terms, and support franchise growth across the country. This highly collaborative, field‑facing role requires working closely with franchisees, brokers, landlords, and internal business partners while playing a key role in the continued growth of one of the nation’s fastest‑growing healthcare franchise brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary real estate partner for franchisees throughout the site selection and lease negotiation process.
  • Evaluate markets, trade areas, demographics, and site opportunities to identify locations that support long‑term business success.
  • Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and commercial lease terms while protecting franchisee economics and brand standards.
  • Coach franchisees through every stage of the real estate process, providing guidance tailored to their level of experience.
  • Partner with brokers, landlords, and developers to build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality site opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Franchise Development, Construction, Design, and Operations to ensure a seamless transition from site approval through clinic opening.
  • Monitor project timelines, proactively resolve development challenges, and support successful clinic openings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of retail real estate experience supporting franchise or multi‑unit development.
  • Franchise experience required, including direct partnership with franchisees through site selection, lease negotiation, and development.
  • Proven experience with retail site selection, market analysis, commercial lease negotiations, and small‑box retail development.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to evaluate site economics and occupancy costs.
  • Experience using demographic, mapping, and market analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% nationwide.
