Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of site operations, including financial performance, employee engagement, and service delivery, to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Oversee Transportation and Warehouse teams, setting clear priorities and providing hands-on leadership to ensure efficient operations.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and communicate performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and results.
  • Partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure teams are aligned with company standards and new initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with timekeeping, payroll, and company policies.
  • Promote a customer-first mindset across all operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and/or logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of the home appliance delivery and installation industry.
