Duties and Responsibilities:


 About the Role


We’re hiring a Site Operations Manager to run the daily operations of our East Orange mental health clinic.
This is a leadership-track role — not administrative support. You will build systems, grow the team, and ensure the site operates with consistency and excellence.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations and communication rhythms
  • Grow the clinician team from 4 ? 10+ FTE
  • Improve documentation turnaround (24–48 hours)
  • Build 3–5 new operational systems in Year 1
  • Reduce cancellations + improve client flow
  • Support clinicians, front desk, and interns
  • Maintain 2 interns for documentation support
  • Track KPIs and drive site productivity

Compensation

  • $60,000 base salary
  • Quarterly MBO Bonuses: Up to $20,000 per year
  • Total earning potential: Up to $80,000 in Year 1
