The role ensures all personnel supporting Oracle operations are trained, compliant, badged, and site-ready, while operating strictly within Oracle’s established decision-rights and operating model. •Oversee onboarding coordination, badging, and compliance verification
•Ensure completion of all Oracle-mandated training prior to site access
•Enforce readiness gates to prevent non-compliant or untrained starts
    Operating Model Alignment
•Execute all activities in alignment with Oracle-defined SOPs, safety protocols, and systems

    Reporting & Governance
•Deliver regular workforce readiness and compliance reporting
•Lead monthly business reviews covering starts, attrition, and workforce trends
•Provide clear, actionable workforce insights to Oracle site and program leadership
