The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, outgoing, and possess a strong emphasis in sales

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our car wash, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities.Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the car wash, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and financial performance Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring equipment and supplies are in good working order Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer retention Monitor and analyze financial and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers leave satisfied and eager to return Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable, well-trained, and motivated to provide exceptional service Maintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the community Qualifications: Strong emphasis in sales with proven experience in a similar role Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Site Managers set their own schedule, but must be willing to work 50 hours a week (equivalent to 5 full days) of which 15 hours must be worked on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays; you choose) Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for on-call support as needed High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in the car wash or similar industry preferred At FSCW, we value our employees and offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $65,000 per year, 2 weeks of paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, health insurance, and free car washes.
