Job description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Site Leader to oversee daily site operations, support employees, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is responsible for leading the onsite team, maintaining smooth operations, resolving issues, and communicating with management and other departments.

Essential Job Functions

  • Oversee and support daily site operations
  • Supervise, coach, and assist onsite team members
  • Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and daily performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and help resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Coordinate with Fleet, Customer Service, Operations, and management teams
  • Ensure customer and vehicle information is accurately documented and updated
  • Assist with vehicle rentals, returns, pickups, switches, and other operational needs
  • Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Train and support new employees
  • Identify operational issues and communicate concerns to management
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Google Suite, Excel, Microsoft Word, and multiple computer systems
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and de-escalate customer concerns
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to lead by example
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Must be able to work onsite
