At Glide Xpress, we’re building more than car washes—we’re building The Community Car Wash across the South. With 15+ locations and aggressive growth plans, we are developing our next generation of Site Leaders and Area Leaders from within.

The Role (What You’ll Actually Do)

You’re not just “helping run the site”—you’re learning how to own it.

As an Assistant Site Leader, you will:

  • Lead shifts and set the tone for performance and energy

  • Train and coach team members to deliver a top-tier customer experience

  • Own site presentation, sparkle, and operational standards

  • Handle real-time problem solving (customers, team, operations)

  • Open/close the site and ensure it runs efficiently

  • Support sales and membership growth

  • Assist with local marketing and community partnerships

  • Step up when needed—leaders don’t wait to be asked
