The Role (What Youโ€™ll Actually Do)

As an Assistant Site Leader, you will:

  • Lead shifts and set the tone for performance and energy

  • Train and coach team members to deliver a top-tier customer experience

  • Own site presentation, sparkle, and operational standards

  • Handle real-time problem solving (customers, team, operations)

  • Open/close the site and ensure it runs efficiently

  • Support sales and membership growth

  • Assist with local marketing and community partnerships

  • Step up when neededโ€”leaders donโ€™t wait to be asked
