Job description

The Position:

The On-Site Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and strategic success of one or more client locations. This role serves as the primary operational leader for Morales Group at the client site, ensuring exceptional service delivery while building trusted partnerships with client leadership.

The On-Site Branch Manager leads and develops a team of On-Site Performance Managers, driving accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the business. This position partners closely with Branch Leadership and clients to achieve staffing goals, improve workforce performance, and deliver an exceptional experience for both our teammates and customers.

The Duties:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of On-Site Performance Managers through regular coaching, performance reviews, and 1:1 meetings.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and exceptional customer service for both clients and teammates.
  • Ensure adequate onsite leadership coverage by managing schedules, PTO, vacancies, and operational support across all shifts.
  • Train and develop new internal teammates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership by serving as the primary operational contact and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with Branch Leadership, Recruiting Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver staffing solutions and exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, to review performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of key performance indicators, including fill rate, retention, attendance, payroll accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, employment laws, and safety standards.
  • Oversee payroll, invoicing, time and attendance, onboarding, and ATS data accuracy to ensure operational excellence.
  • Conduct operational audits to maintain compliance with client screening requirements and internal processes.
  • Provide onsite leadership support as needed, including coverage for off-shifts, PTO, call-offs, vacancies, or other business needs.
  • Exercise sound judgment, make timely decisions, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
