Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support to help individuals achieve their personal goals, enhance their independence, and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Assist with medication administration and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Promote independence by encouraging and supporting individuals in skill-building activities.
  • Accompany individuals to community events, appointments, and recreational activities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment that empowers individuals to thrive.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:
