  • Design and produce presentations and documents using PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools to support executive communications and decision-making.
  • Assist in planning and executing logistics for large meetings and special events, ensuring all details (conference rooms, catering, agendas, etc.) are flawlessly handled to create a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Additional duties as assigned, with a commitment to providing comprehensive support.

Primary Skills & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferred 3-5 years experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive calendar management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies and applications with ease.
    • Analytical, resourceful, and skilled in multitasking.
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to a professional, team-centric culture.
