Job Details Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of single-family remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and building codes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and managing expectations
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship
  • Manage change orders, project documentation, and cost tracking
  • Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain schedule and budget
Qualifications:
  • 3-7+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling project management
  • Strong knowledge of single-family renovation processes (kitchens, baths, additions, etc.)
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites
