Outside of work, I’m a single dad with two kids full time, so I understand the importance of flexibility, balance, and creating a supportive environment both personally and professionally. I stay involved in the community by participating in local events like Chinese New Year celebrations and car shows, and I’m always looking for ways to stay connected.
Our agency offers PTO, sick days, a life insurance policy, Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and flexibility with work schedules. I believe in supporting my team so they can succeed both at work and at home.
Our culture is fast-paced and growth-focused. I’m looking for someone who is energetic, disciplined, and eager to learn. Being coachable is key here—we’re building something together, and I want team members who are open to feedback, bring a positive attitude, and take initiative. If you’re a self-starter who wants to grow with a new agency and be part of something from the beginning, this could be a great opportunity for you.
