Job description
* Coordinate and schedule activities including hardware/software design, modifications, coding and testing, configuration management, TMS support, master library functions, and Cybersecurity activities.
* Assign tasks to functional teams and review completed technical work for contract and technical compliance.
* Ensure documentation associated with ATS TSSC modification activity is accurate and complete.
* Collaborate with engineering, program management, marketing, manufacturing, and operations teams to develop proposals that meet customer needs and identify emerging opportunities.
* Monitor program costs, progress, resource allocation, and work quality; identify and implement solutions to resolve issues.
* Address and resolve complex technical questions escalated from team members.
* Act as principal liaison between Government Contractor Officer's Representatives (CORs) and the Government CLS Project Officer (PO) on TSSC related activities.
* Point of contact for all ATS TSSC matters with USAF customers, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring contract adherence.
* Manage the ATS TSSC quality assurance program to ensure AS9100D compliance.
* Prepare and deliver required monthly status reports in accordance with CDRL requirements.
* Attend program meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as directed by the Program Manager. Qualifications and Education Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least six (6) years of simulation-related experience
* At least five (5) years of military management experience
* Current U.S. SECRET Security Clearance or above (active within last 24 months qualifies)
* Strong understanding of military protocols and customs
* Experience with aircrew training devices
* Extensive knowledge of military configuration management requirements and SEI Capability Maturity Model Integrated
* High performance orientation and ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
* Strong verbal communication skills and ability to deliver presentations to customers and leadership
* Proven ability to work independently and lead subordinate personnel

* During these activities, individuals may be exposed to risks such as electrical shock, moving mechanical parts driven by high-pressure hydraulics, extreme heat, airborne particles, and loud noise.
