Position Summary:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization's recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration functions. This role partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. The HR Coordinator also maintains employee records, administers employment documentation, and supports employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department leaders to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist with candidate selection for open positions.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, culture, and workplace expectations to effectively communicate with applicants and employees.
  • Coordinate all pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and required pre-employment testing.
  • Conduct on-site job simulation/endurance testing for applicable positions.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and ensure new employees receive a positive onboarding experience.
  • Process, verify, and maintain employment documentation related to recruiting, onboarding, training, and new hire evaluations.
  • Enroll new employees in all required company software and systems.
  • Maintain employee security databases, including employee access, identification badges, additions, deletions, and related records.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain all required Form I-9 documentation and employment eligibility records.
  • Complete employment verification requests in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, community outreach activities, and other hiring initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Human Capital team to plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with SAP Human Resources systems.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous recruiting and hiring experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

  • Ability to assist with employee endurance/job simulation testing as needed.
