We are seeking an experienced and dependable AM Line Cook to join our team for morning and afternoon service.
This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional member dining experiences while supporting golf outings, weddings, banquets, and special events.
This is not a production-line kitchen or a place where you're simply filling a position on the schedule. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their station, works with urgency and attention to detail, and takes pride in the food they serve.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
  • Can confidently run a station during service.
  • Maintains high standards for quality, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Understands the importance of teamwork and communication.
  • Demonstrates initiative rather than waiting for direction.
  • Is dependable, professional, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Execute menu items according to recipe, presentation, and quality standards.
  • Operate grill and hot line stations during lunch service and special events.
  • Prepare and stock stations for service.
  • Assist with banquet and event production as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
  • Support fellow team members to ensure efficient and successful service execution.

Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of line cook experience.
