About the Position
Dog Haus Franklin is looking for an AM Line Cook to join our kitchen team!
We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to start the day strong. Our AM Line Cook plays an important role in getting the kitchen prepared for service while delivering the quality and consistency our guests expect.
Whether you have years of kitchen experience or you're looking to grow your skills in the restaurant industry, we're looking for someone with a great attitude who isn't afraid to jump in and get the job done.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare and set up the kitchen for daily service
  • Complete morning prep according to recipes and pars
  • Cook and assemble menu items accurately and efficiently
  • Operate grills, fryers, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment
  • Maintain proper food temperatures, portioning, and presentation
  • Stock and maintain your station throughout the shift
  • Follow recipes and Dog Haus food-quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
  • Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries when needed
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
  • Complete cleaning and additional kitchen duties as assigned
  • Jump in and help wherever needed during busy periods
